TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
GENERAL
-I own and will retain all creative rights to my artworks.
- I have the right to post, display and share my work unless discussed before hand. ($ anonymous fee may apply)
- Please always credit me (@sleepyzerotsu) when sharing my work.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission I don't feel comfortable doing.
-DO NOT use my art for any kind of AI training or NFT.
-Please do not alter my work unless discussed beforehand with me.
-Commissions are for personal use only. If you need commercial usage, commercial fees will be added.what is personal usage? : profile pictures, banners, printing art for displaying purposes (for yourself), posting on social media ect.what is commercial usage? : when you generate income from the works I've created. examples such as vtubing activities, streaming, merchandise, ect.
- Revisions can be made during sketch phase for free (except SKEB style commissions = no revisions) Edits after the sketch phase will be subject to fees, 5$ per additional change.
- I will not make any revisions after delivering the final piece, unless I made a mistake I hadn't noticed before.
- After beginning the commission, no refunds can be made, unless I can't finish the piece for any reason.
PAYMENT
-Payment is made via Paypal only (Goods and Services)
- Payment upfront only. I won't start the commission until payment is received, no exceptions.*
*Payment plans are accepted on special/big commissions (ex: comics)
-Rush fees can be purchased if you have a set deadline for receiving your commission. (will be discussed)
-Commercial fees can be purchased if needed.

I'm Sleepy, a canadian small artist who dreams of becoming a full time artist!
I am a cat mom to a calico kitty named Scarlett :3 Besides art, I enjoy collecting anime figures, cosplaying and sleeping! I am a disabled artist, so please be patient with me. My username Zerotsu comes from my favorite anime character, Zero Two!
